A seductive, hard-hitting and raw, extreme drumming experience is revealed at Halloween Horror Nights 21! Don't just see 1 show as there are 3 different shows nightly. Make the choice and experience DEATH DRUMS!

I'm really not a show person, but I'm very intrigued by this one. Mainly, the costuming.
my old flame was a jester and a joker
and a dealer of men, they called him the prince
a prince of black jacks and of women
and of anything that's slipped into his hands

If the rumor of this being a street show with a potential processional is true, this may become a favorite thing.

A dark Stomp-like parade? That would have the potential to be pretty awesome. Hopefully they work some chainsaws into it. And maybe some knee slider guys like they have at Netherworld in Atlanta!

The title of the show makes me think of drum sets of what Death Metal/other kinds of metal bands used. The music is gonna be very deep, raw, loud, and complex.

Three different variations of the show... I hope this includes different costuming, musical choice, and location. We have two open stages (BeetleJuice & Animal Actors) so either of those locations are available but I'm also considering that this show may be a wandering show. Could be in any non-congested area of the park in 45 minute intervals.

(??)?? ????

how could it be wondering without it being like a marching band type deal?
death drums says death metal to me, as previously stated, and that requries a double bass, many toms and many cymbals. very hard to be done my multiple people and walk while doing it.

And I don't really see death metal. I see something more tribal... Especially with the idea of dancers being involved.

Also, saying that Death Drums = death metal is like saying that Nightmaze = all the scareactors are meant to resemble Jordan.

The show is confirmed to include dancers, and you can't really dance to death metal.

By wandering I only mean the show being in different locations per set. Not that they will march about playing music in an almost parade fashion.

Jordan already has a house at HOS. He doesn't get a scarezone at HHN too.

The rumor is that floats of some sort are involved, hence the extra permit. They needed storage space. That doesn't mean they'll be moving *during* the show, but it would explain the processional rumor. I believe the shows may be in set locations, they just have to get there.

And I'm thinking it'll be simple tribal-esque drumming, or something akin to BMG, just made to be horror-oriented.

From the dancer auditions, they wanted dancers who were very grounded and hip hop-esque. (grounded is opposite of Ballet, which is very lifted and straight if you are completely unfamiliar with dance). So I think it will have a stomp/hip hop sound to it almost like the shows they have there during daily ops

Hip-hop dancing can actually fit a lot of things, including drum-heavy tribal music. I'm getting a Dark Blue Man Group vibe from this.

Whoever said you can't dance to death metal is WAY wrong-you can dance to just about anything, the form of dance varies, and shotguy obviously knows his dance.

Here's an idea-there is a temp stage at Mel's for RTU-perhaps it is staying up for this show, being that there is no scarezone in my home for the past 2 years.
