Today, Universal Orlando has announced its first original house for Halloween Horror Nights 29. The new house: Nightingales: Blood Pit, seemingly a prequel to the much loved similarly named 2011 house: Nightingales: Blood Prey, will take you into ancient Rome where the emperor has demanded the gladiator games to continue until the rains return. You enter the battlefield just as it starts to rain and you are met with the nightingales. The nightingales are banshee like creatures that are attracted to the dead and dying and often found during war and natural disasters. You must fight for your life as the nightingales are after an easy meal. Try as you might, nothing will protect you.
