This has to be the up there when it comes to anticipated news. The official HHN site has launched. However it isn't the normal archive site that we typically start with like in years past. This year we get (according to the code)

So I'd imagine we'll be seeing this page year after year. Sadly no real information is given about this year's event and the page is just that, generic, but ticket sales are now live.
The leaked prices were taken from Universal's ticketing system, however that page has changed and no longer contains the price for Frequent Fear Passes.
They may have changed.
